Colloidal Stabilization with Zenith®
The Zenith® range, developed by Enartis, resolves all challenges associated with wine tartrate stabilization. Potassium polyaspartate-based, Zenith® inhibits the formation and growth of potassium bitartrate crystals, thus preventing their precipitation in the bottle.

Keep wine microbes under control! Pre-activated chitosan blends, Enartis Stab Micro M and Enartis Stab Micro are selective fining agents that reduce the growth and population load of spoilage microorganisms such as Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, Oenococcus, Pediococcus and Acetobacter. Their addition to grapes, juice, fermenting must and wine can prevent VA production, control malolactic fermentation, reduce risk stuck fermentations, limit wine microbial spoilage and provide a wide-spectrum antimicrobial protection at any time of the winemaking process.
Oxidation and Ageing Stabilization with our Shelf Life Improvement (SLI) Program
Enartis has developed a program dedicated to wine Shelf Life Improvement, preventing premature ageing and preserving freshness when wine is stored in tank or bottle. The Enartis SLI program includes fining agents to remove heavy metals (catalyzers of chemical oxidation reactions), tannins to balance redox potential and enhance wine antioxidant capacity, yeast derivatives to protect wine and increase its resistance toward oxidation and stabilizing agents to prevent pinking and browning during wine storage.
