It's pretty savvy to be able to see abandoned carts in your web store,,,until you try to connect that cart to a shopper. If you can't contact that shopper, visibility to a bunch of abandoned carts is a waste of your time.
Activ8 Commerce asks all shoppers, members or not, to enter their email address to begin the checkout process. Now you have a way to ask those shoppers to finish their order.
