Over the years we've found one of the biggest challenges in being what's called a winery specific "Managed Service Provider" or MSP has been keeping careful track of all the intricate details of what systems each customer is using tied directly to any issues each customer might be having with those systems. We recently found a solution to these challenges. Our Grape Squad support team upgraded our internal service desk software to a system called Autotask. Autotask was designed from the ground up to support MSPs in delivering quality service around detailed IT systems.
