Norman Mitroff, Founder and Managing Partner of Mitroff Consulting & Associates [www.mitroffconsulting.com] is celebrating his twenty-fifth year of conducting retained Executive Searches.
Seventy percent of Norman’s searches are between Seattle and San Diego with the remaining thirty percent in Denver, Boston and New York.
Norman believes his most important local (Napa County) search was the recruitment of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Visit Napa Valley.
Norman recruited a professional who managed and marketed the Napa Valley and increased the annual budget into multiple millions of dollars (from the low hundreds of thousands). Norman loves the Napa Valley and is proud of the accomplishments of the Visit Napa Valley Center and their promotion of our beautiful valley.
Norman lives and works in Saint Helena with his wife of thirty plus years, Patti Antonaccio, with St. Helena Travel.
Norman recruited the CEO for the St. Helena Chamber, has served two terms as a Board Member of the Chamber, is a past President of the St. Helena Farmers’ Market, where he continues to serve on the Board as the Secretary, has been twice elected President of the St. Helena Rotary Club and currently serves on the Board of the Rotary Club. He is listed in Who’s Who of Executive Recruiters.
When Norman has free time, he enjoys playing the violin, cooking, especially Thai and Vietnamese cuisine, and traveling.
He enjoys recruiting top A+ professionals and says: Playing the violin and the music Matchmaker, Matchmaker, make me a match, it is only logical for me to be a recruiter!”
