I hope everyone is having a great harvest in this 2021 season! This has been a great departure from our last harvest indeed!
WECO entered the Wine grape market 11 years ago with our original WineGrapeTek optical sorter and has placed nearly 100 machines for wine. Recently we have also branched out to other areas of the winery with new and exciting equipment!
In addition to managing sales for the original WineGrapeTek optical sorter, I am also the rep for Key Technologies Wine grape equipment. If you have any interest in the MOG shaker, or Iso Flow cluster table, please let me know.
Also, we have available a front of line automation system developed by one of our partner companies. Whether you’re using half ton bins or FYB‘s to bring grapes in from the field, we can automate the process of filling those into your line. With the automatic dumper, set all of your totes or half ton bins at the beginning of the machine and let it feed at the rate of your line that is needed. We can also add automatic washing and re-stacking after the automatic dumping which would free up 2 to 3 people to perform work needed elsewhere in the winery.
Last, we are currently working on a tank farm management system. Our system will allow you to control pump overs, monitor tank temperature and know exactly how much wine is in the tank, etc. all from your phone or laptop! We expect to deploy this system in the beginning of 2022.
These additional areas of automation have been added with the WECO standard of reliability, service, and pricing - making everything offered very attractive. Please let me know if you have any questions.
