Learn how to lead and influence employees with confidence, while boosting morale and productivity. This workshop provides participants with support in transitioning from individual contributor to new supervisor. This is also a great refresher for experienced supervisors.

Supervisor’s Toolkit II & III: Tough Conversations and Conflict Management
November 2, 4, and 6, 2020 | 9:00 am - 11:00 am

Meaningful conversations and conflict management are not always easy, but they are a vital part of leadership. We have combined two workshops to bring you a comprehensive training on how to address the difficult situations all leaders experience.

In this series participants will learn tools and techniques to deliver constructive feedback, deal with high emotions in the workplace, and address tough conversations before they escalate into conflict. This training will also provide the tools to resolve conflicts between team members and address different personalities and approaches as disagreements arise.

This workshop is conducted over three 2-hour sessions: November 2, November 4, and November 6, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Fee: $450/person

In preparation for these trainings, please take note of these important points:

  • Training ideally should be accessed on a computer with video conferencing capabilities.
  • One attendee per web-cam enabled device (computer, tablet, smart phone).
  • Training is interactive and you are encouraged to participate (to your comfort level). When everyone participates, the experience is richer for all in attendance.
