In an era when wineries face rising production costs, shifting consumer behavior, and increasing pressure to do more with less, one company has quietly reinvented itself from a mobile bottling provider into a vintner solutions partner. What began 17 years ago has evolved into something far broader—and far more essential for today’s market and industry landscape.
“When Peregrine first started, the core of the business was—and still is—mobile bottling. But as the company grew, wineries began turning to us for help with challenges far beyond the bottling days,” recalls Founder and CEO Thomas Jordan. “Filtration issues, oxygen control, production bottlenecks, tenting needs, hauling, last-minute project support… Over time, we realized something important: we had already become much more than a bottling company. In practice, we were the partner wineries called when they needed a solution—not just a single service.”

That realization set the course for a transformation.
Today, the team offers a suite of concierge services that extends well beyond the bottling truck: crossflow filtration, gas management, tent rental, hauling, winery operations support, consulting, equipment sales, and international brokerage. The concept behind all of it? A commitment to solving the problems wineries need assistance with beyond their core capabilities. This results in greater efficiency, cost reduction, and operational growth while eliminating anxiety and stress when wineries face challenges outside their everyday expertise.
Peregrine Founder & CEO Thomas JordanJordan explains it through the company’s flagship service: “We provide high-level bottling services, supported by professional project management. This takes stress and anxiety out of the bottling day. For wineries, it is a very important step in the winemaking process—and at the same time not their core competency.”
At the center of this process is Project Management. Arnaud Coulondres, a French winemaker by trade, oversees each project with both technical precision and winemaker-centric intuition. Coulondres establishes “systems & controls” and manages everything from customer communication and packaging specifications to work-order planning and internal team coordination, ensuring that every step is streamlined, predictable, quality-driven, and well communicated. His involvement has become one of Peregrine’s defining advantages.
“This is what sets us apart—attention to detail throughout the entire project,” Jordan notes.
The increased scope and elevated service model sparked a pivotal decision: a new name that reflects who the company has already become. Heading into 2026, Peregrine will transition from Peregrine Mobile Bottling to Peregrine Vintner Solutions—a brand identity that acknowledges their expanded value chain and their commitment to serving wineries across the full spectrum of production challenges.
“Our vision is to be a partner in every pursuit of our clients’ challenges,” Jordan says. “We want our clients to realize that besides the same trusted team they rely on for bottling, we also provide filtration, gas management, tent rental, hauling, day-to-day production support, consulting, equipment needs, and brokerage—all at the same trusted quality. We’re reinventing ourselves with the understanding that no two wineries face the same challenges. Thus, we tailor support, provide concierge-level service, and design solutions for each client individually.”
Winemaker Johannes ScheidWineries are noticing.
At Schug Estate Winery, Winemaker Johannes Scheid offers his testimonial:
“Peregrine is the best in the business, known for their meticulous attention to detail and clear communication throughout the entire bottling planning and process. Their exceptional customer service reflects the high quality of their work.”
“What sets Peregrine apart as well is their innovative gas management technology, which allows us to adjust CO₂ levels and significantly reduce DO, ensuring our wines achieve optimal aromatics and mouthfeel while enhancing freshness and longevity—all naturally. I am a staunch advocate for their portfolio of services and have already recommended them to colleagues.”
With a renewed identity and an expanding suite of winery-focused solutions, Peregrine Vintner Solutions is redefining what true partnership looks like in a changing industry — one tailored client, one solved problem, one bottle at a time.
