Many thanks to Ponzi Vineyards for so graciously hosting us for our sparkling wine seminar last week! There, Amorim Cork’s Sparkling Wines R&D Manager Francisco Campos spoke with some of Oregon’s most notable sparkling wine producers on the benefits of natural cork tirage. In addition to some truly exceptional wines, guests enjoyed the stunning vineyard views, and the opportunity to connect with a community of like-minded growers and winemakers.
