The first Onafis connected bung in America was installed on March 29, 2023 at Domaine Razi in Napa Valley. Since then, two other large wineries in California has been equipped to experiment the B-Evolution bungs. Objectives:
-detect the development of undesirable microorganisms at early stage
-better control temperature and humidity conditions in the cellar as close as to the wine
